1. Who this applies to

These terms govern your use of this website ("Site") and any services offered by WVFX / wandavfx1 ("we", "us"), including video editing services, downloadable scenepacks, resource links, and the contact form. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer After Effects editing services, free scenepacks for editors, and links to third-party resources. Availability, pricing, and turnaround times for any paid work are agreed separately with each client and are not fixed by this page.

3. Scenepacks & downloads

Scenepacks and other files offered on this Site are provided for personal editing use unless stated otherwise. We don't claim ownership of third-party footage, team logos, or trademarks that may appear in a scenepack — these remain the property of their respective owners, and you're responsible for how you use them.

4. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party software and resources (for example, download links for editing tools). We don't host, control, or guarantee the availability, safety, or licensing of third-party files, and we're not responsible for content on external sites once you leave this Site.

5. Contact form

When you use the contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and only submit content and attachments that you have the right to share. Don't use the form to send spam, malicious files, or unlawful content.

6. Acceptable use

• No attempting to disrupt, hack, or scrape the Site.
• No uploading of illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• No impersonating another person or business.

7. No warranty

The Site and any free resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, downloaded files, or linked third-party software.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

1. What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, message, and optional image attachment you choose to submit. We don't otherwise collect personal data through the Site beyond standard technical logs that most web hosts and browsers generate automatically (like your browser type or approximate access time).

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your message or discuss a project with you. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Where your message goes

When you submit the contact form, it's delivered straight to our inbox at contact@wandavfx.com, which is hosted with Private Email. We read and respond to messages from that inbox — we don't forward, sell, or share what you send.

4. Discord status

The profile page may display a live Discord status pulled from the Lanyard service. This only reflects our own public Discord presence and does not collect any data about you as a visitor.

5. Cookies & tracking

This Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Any storage used is limited to what's needed for the Site to function.

6. Data retention

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and can be deleted on request.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information you've sent us by emailing contact@wandavfx.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
